1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the xbije platform ("Site", "Service") and any user ("User", "Member", "You"). By visiting the xbije website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

xbije is an online gaming platform that offers casino games, sports betting, and various entertainment opportunities for Bangladeshi players. These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register on xbije and use our services. This platform operates for users aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If you register by providing false information, your account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Members of the same household may not operate multiple accounts from the same IP address or device. xbije reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts are detected.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. The following information is mandatory:

• Your real name (as shown on your national ID card or passport)
• An active email address
• An active mobile number
• Date of birth (for verification purposes)
• Information about your preferred payment method

xbije may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

The security of your xbije account is entirely your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone else.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately.
• Avoid logging into your account from public or shared devices.

xbije will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account by a third party, unless it is proven that this occurred due to a security failure on our platform. Our site uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Rules

The payment methods currently accepted on xbije are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. xbije will not be liable for delays in deposit transactions due to technical reasons, but we will work to resolve issues promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Your account must have completed identity verification before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.

• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled while they are being processed.
• If additional documents are requested for identity verification, the withdrawal may be delayed.
• Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on xbije are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, it applies to the first deposit made after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳10,000 and receive ৳15,000 as a 150% bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 × 25 = ৳375,000 in wagers before making a withdrawal.

5.3 Additional Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A new bonus cannot be added while another bonus is active.
• A requirement to wager in specific games or categories may apply in order to earn the bonus.
• xbije reserves the right to cancel all bonuses if bonus fraud is suspected.

6. Fair Play Policy

xbije operates as a platform that ensures fair play. The outcomes of all our games are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and continuously tested.

• Game outcomes are not predetermined or manipulated.
• All players participate under the same conditions and opportunities.
• Exploiting any technical advantage on our platform is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbije platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform
• Creating or operating more than one account
• Operating an account under a third party's identity
• Placing bets through fraudulent collusion with other players
• Arbitrage betting against xbije
• Any attempt at hacking or cyber attacks

8. Software and Intellectual Property

All content on the xbije platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of xbije or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

As a member, you receive only a limited, non-transferable permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. This permission will be revoked immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

xbije will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If a game or transaction is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• If any loss occurs due to issues with the user's device or software
• If loss occurs due to delay or failure by a third-party payment provider
• If a game result is cancelled due to an unexpected technical error
• If loss occurs due to unauthorized access to the account (where caused by the user's own negligence)

xbije reserves the right to cancel any winnings or bonuses earned due to a technical error. In such cases, only the original deposited amount (excluding wagers) will be returned.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Closure by the User

Any user may contact our support team at any time to close their account. It is important to withdraw all withdrawable funds before closing the account.

10.2 Closure by xbije

xbije may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to provide documents
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

11. Responsible Gaming

xbije always encourages a responsible gaming culture. We believe that gaming is an entertainment activity, not a solution to financial problems. Our platform has the following protective measures in place:
